REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

                  All payments for courses on MyAITrain are securely processed through our authorized third-party payment gateway partner, RazorPay. By using our platform, you acknowledge that financial transactions are encrypted and safeguarded against fraudulent activity. MyAITrain does not store or retain your payment card details. 

 

  1. PAYMENT TERMS:

 

  1. Full Payment Requirement: Course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment. 

  2. No Instalments or Subscriptions: We do not offer instalment plans, deferred payment options, or recurring subscription models. 

 

  1. REFUND POLICY:

                  All payments made on the platform are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Users are strongly advised to review course descriptions, prerequisites, and terms thoroughly before completing a purchase. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy. 

 

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

  1. User Cancellation: Users may discontinue course access at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. 

  2. Platform Cancellation: MyAITrain reserves the right to cancel or suspend access to a course due to violations of our Terms of Service, technical issues, or discontinuation of the course. In such cases, refunds will be issued only at our discretion. 

 

  1. FAILED TRANSACTIONS:

In the event of a failed transaction: 

  1. Check Payment Status: Verify with your bank or card issuer to ensure funds were not debited. 

  2. Contact Support: If the amount was deducted but access was not granted, promptly notify our team at contactus@myaitrain.com or RazorPay’s customer support at [RazorPay Support Link]. Provide transaction details (e.g., reference number, date, amount) for resolution. 

 

  1. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:

                      Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with transaction details and instructions to access your course materials. Retain this email for future reference.
